In this role, you will be working closely with global leadership and key stakeholders across the organization in designing and delivering Human Resource capabilities and driving projects, roadmaps, strategy and total cost of ownership.- **Deliver Projects -** You’ll deliver on the global Human Resource technology platform strategy by providing leadership to our project teams, driving the successful delivery of Human Resource capabilities across the globe. You will manage the Human Resource platforms from an IT product perspective including vendor relationships, managing upgrades, support models, and ensuring that total cost of ownership is managed and**YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS****Required**:- High School Diploma or GED and extensive related experience- 7+ years of IT or related experience- Proven experience leading implementation and/or support of global technology solutions related to Corporate Human Resources- Familiarity with all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), using multiple tools and methodologies, including Waterfall, Agile and Lean principles- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communications skills with proven advanced experience communicating effectively to large groups and executive leadership- Experience managing and prioritizing needs across IT programs and projects- Financial acumen and management skills specific to project budgets and people cost- Experience working with global teams**Bonus Points**:- Bachelors or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field- Experience in CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) industry- PMP, Agile (CSM, ACP, SAFe) or similar Certification- Experience leading implementation of SuccessFactors and/or ancillary platforms**WHAT’S NEXT**- Kellogg K-Values- New Hire Benefits Guide**THE FINER PRINT**Kellogg’s is preparing to officially launch its exciting new Locate for Your Day global hybrid work approach in the U.S., when we’re able to safely return to the office.
