In 2021, Littelfuse had net sales of $2.1 billion.Reporting to the Engineering Manager you as a Process Engineer will be responsible to recommend appropriate designs, materials and techniques for product development or enhancement.About the Job:- Designs, develops, modifies, and evaluates options and makes complex design recommendations for product development or enhancement.- Analyzes equipment to establish operating data, conducts experimental tests and evaluates results.- Prepares reports and technical specifications.- Responsible for planning, implementing, and managing compliance of manufacturing and production processes with internal and external safety, quality and regulatory standards requirements.- Other duties as assigned.- Location: Piedras Negras, Coahuila.About You:- Bachelor or university degree in Engineering.- Two to five years of experience.- Knowledge of engineering practices.- Experience with global manufacturing companies preferred.- Advanced knowledge in MS Office.- Strong analytical skills.- Strong communication skills.- High attention to detail.Littelfuse strives to empower associate growth and development in a culture of ongoing collaboration and respect for diverse global perspectives and expertise.
