Job Description- Stay up to date on all procedures related to this job which can affect the quality of products or services provided to customers- Provide support to manufacturing and product development functions- Interact regularly with functional peers, as well as with peers from other functions- Act as an official customer representative in all matters relating to manufacturing, quality and customer relations.- Interact regularly with the customer to ensure customer satisfaction- Record, report and follow up on customer issues- Drive root cause analysis and implementation of corrective and preventive actions regarding customer rejects (8D)- Stop production if customer satisfaction is at risk- Manage customer visits and audits- Ensure compliance to Change Management procedures and requirements related changes affecting customers- Understand and implement policies and procedures of Quality Systems (IATF 16949)Qualifications:- 5+ yrs. experience in similar role (Customer QE, SQE, or similar- Experience working with Customer- Automotive industry experience (strongly preferable)- Engineering Bachelor Degree (Electronics preferable)- Fully Bilingual (Spanish/English)- Valid US tourist Visa
