Quality Control Engineer**Responsibilities Include**:Support external/Internal quality Key Performance Indicators (KPI) management for achieving targets, drivingimprovement/corrective actions and escalationLead improvement activities in vehicle quality by addressing nonconformity to product quality targets (CPA, VLO,BSR, and TDF performance driven to assigned targets)Protect product design intent and function while assisting with identification and solutions of manufacturingconstraintslearned, and assist in the generation of FMEA's and associated Control PlansProvide supervision necessary to perform, administer or direct rework/repair methods and processes in compliancewith engineering standardsParticipate in the MY Launch process, from the new product digital build to identify issues in early step of the programto the plant physical builds in VP, PS phases; responsible to develop and execute the Quality Plan for the MY launchincluding Q-Teams for quality performance tracking during pilots build; identification of the Engineering responsibilityissue impacting the plant, set glide paths to improve before V1; lead the Corporate SAQ for the pilot/launch issuesassigned to Plant Manufacturing; support the plant during the new MY launch and validate all the Engineering Standardsare met; support the launch containment for critical issues, inspection/repair procedures and vehicles disposition**Requirements**:**Basic Qualifications**:Experience in design, testing and assemblyPrevious experience in a Manufacturing and/or Quality workforceBackground in LEAN manufacturing principles and problem solving techniques**Knowledge of Stellantis system**: CN, IAA, STV, EBOM, Quantic, Palantir, PFS, FIS, GIMS, QNA etc.Experienced with problem solving toolsProduct Engineering systems knowledge**Preferred Qualifications**:Experience in design, testing and assemblyPrevious experience in a Manufacturing and/or Quality workforceBackground in LEAN manufacturing principles and problem solving techniquesKnowledge of Stellantis system: CN, IAA, STV, EBOM, Quantic, Palantir, PFS, FIS, GIMS, QNA etc.Experienced with problem solving toolsProduct Engineering systems knowledgeOur benefits reflects the FCA commitment to helping you reach your personal and professional goals.
