Technical Analyst I

**What's the role?**:- The- **responsibilities** of this role include:- Supports the adoption/implementation of new processes and tools by stabilizing the new process at the assigned global production site; modifying the new process (if needed) for maximum efficiency and accuracy; documenting the new procedures; and, mentoring the early adoption teams to launch new processes and tools.- Identify opportunities to improve project documentation and continually enhances common knowledge repositories of global production training and procedures material.- Conducts detailed review and analysis of current processes and provide recommendations for efficiency, quality and productivity improvements.- Incorporates undocumented process and procedure knowledge acquired through trainings, discussions and interactions with various stakeholders into structured and standardized work procedures.- Refine and prioritize ideas and best practices with global stakeholders for implementation into global production operations.- Resolve and provide guidance on new and / or complex situations with map production processes.**Who are you?**:**Requirements**:- BD Desirable- Experience working with HERE proprietary or related map making tools- Good Computer skills with advanced knowledge of MS Office suite- Experience with mapping technologies, GIS software and concepts or allied relevant expertise with demonstrated aptitude for planning and organizational skills- Detail oriented with strong process oriented skills and a focus on deadline achievement- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with demonstrated agility for quick learning- Good written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to conduct trainings and share knowledge- Good collaboration and interpersonal skillsHERE is an equal opportunity employer.
