Manage recruitment processes and assist in employee relations, regulatory compliance, payroll liaison, and learning and development, as well as stay up-to-date and provide support in some other core functions. To be the front-line delivery for the strategic interface between HR business partners and business operations by efficiently executing HR practices and services to stakeholders and employees in the business. The role holder is expected to execute employee engagement activities and various employee retention initiatives to align business goals with employee guidance within the company.**Required Qualifications**:**Efficiently execute human resources strategies to support business objectives**:- Support the successful implementation of change initiatives by HR designed to support the organization's objectives.- Liaison with assigned business in Operations to plan, understand, and discuss initiatives for employee management and performance.- Lead recruitment and support the business impartially and effectively to fill the required positions.- Boost and improve employee experience and engagement through the effective execution of policies and practices related to human resources and people.- Work collaboratively with stakeholders and other departments to provide HR Business Partner services.- To reduce employee attrition through effective complaint handling and remediation, advice:- To execute HR procedures and maintain relevant reporting to ensure administrative compliance.**Competencies and Skills**:- **Organization and Time Management**:- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.- Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.- **Communication**:- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- **Technical Knowledge**:- MS 365 proficiency (Excel, Power Point, Word, SharePoint, etc.)- Familiarity with human resource management software ADP.- Solid knowledge of labor laws and compliance regulations.- **Problem Solving**:- Ability to address and solve problems efficiently.- Informed decision-making skills.- **Education and Experience**:- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.- Fluent in english- Previous experience in an administrative role within the Human Resources department.**Preferred Qualifications**:- **Coaching & Feedback**- Ability to provide feedback in a constructive, firm, and results-focused manner.- Highly trained to train others to transfer knowledge and learning and help others (different levels within the organization) complete or prepare for a particular task or challenge.- **Influence and negotiation skills**- Experience with a variety of suppliers and the ability to engage and manage good relationships.- Excellent written and oral communication skills- **Complaint handling and advice**:- Ability to advise and coach employees through their complaints, challenges, and issues.- Ability to recommend solutions and improvements to positively impact the employee experience.- Help ensure that employee opinions and recommendations are properly presented and heard.- **Attitude and Values**:- Integrity and professional ethics.- Proactivity and willingness to learn.- Empathy and service orientation.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminadoTipo de jornada:- Incluye fines de semana- Rotativo- Turno de 8 horasLugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
