CSC owns and operates more than 10 retail, eCommerce, and wholesale brands, including Sur La Table, Backcountry, and One Kings Lane.**Key Responsibilities**- Lead the design and development of advanced training programs, including e-learning courses, instructor-led sessions, job aids, and interactive content for customer service teams.- Conduct live training sessions and webinars, delivering impactful training to bilingual teams (English/Spanish).- Utilize instructional design tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate) and graphic design software to create visually engaging and interactive learning materials.- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics, and continuously improve the content based on data-driven insights.- Develop customized training solutions for specific teams or functions within the call center to meet performance targets.- Mentor and provide guidance to junior instructional designers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality training content across the team.- Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in instructional design to enhance training programs.- Manage multiple projects and deadlines, ensuring timely delivery of training initiatives.- Maintain accurate records of all training activities, materials, and employee progress, ensuring compliance with company standards.**Qualifications**- Bachelor’s degree in instructional design, education, communications, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).- 5+ years of experience in instructional design or training development, with a focus on e-learning and live training delivery in a bilingual environment.- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, with excellent communication skills in both languages.- Strong expertise in instructional design software (e.g., Articulate, Captivate) and graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).- Proven experience designing and facilitating complex training programs for large teams, preferably in a call center or customer service environment.- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead and execute multiple training projects simultaneously.- Deep understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design models, and performance-based training approaches.**Desired Skills**- Experience leading training initiatives in a customer service or call center environment.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt training based on performance metrics.- Experience mentoring or managing junior instructional designers.- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve training and business objectives.**What do we offer**:- Full time $35,000 MXN monthly gross salary.- Law benefits from day one.- Home office.- Full equipment provided.- 10-hour shift- 1 hour Lunch - 2 breaks of 15 minutes each.- Two days off (Sat-Sun).- Total Pass.- Above the law benefits after 90 days (Food vouchers, Minor and Major Medical Insurance, Telemedicine).- Only for CDMX and Edo. de Mex.The CSC family of brands provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, provincial, state or local laws.
