Ensuring stability for the company and maintaining a high quality standard for customers. Understands the existence and scope of Bombardier systems such as BMS (Bombardier Manufacturing System), Bombardier Manuals (BM's), BES (Bombardier Engineering Systems), QMS (Quality Management System), SMS (Safety Management System), internal regulatory and industry requirements ( ISO 9001, QAD, etc.) and competency matrix of the area.**How to thrive in this role?**:Resource planning and budgeting, generating reporting metrics to evaluate project costs within the team and ensuring adherence to planned budgets.- Develop and report KPIs for the Tooling team's DMM.- Develop Tool inspection reports to confirm compliance with Bombardier requirements for all tooling purchased by the team, identifying improvement processes for suppliers.- Participate in the management of purchasing processes and solutions to Tooling team requests, monitoring compliance with Bombardier requirements at all stages of procurement.- Compliance with milestones for projects assigned to the Tooling team within established SLA, reporting progress and changes.- Communicate pertinent information between Tooling team and Suppliers, seeking to maintain efficient networking for Bombardier.- Project portfolio planning, evaluating the demand for proposed projects in the Tooling team.- Human resources management for task allocation within the PMO area and management of assigned budget, adhering to Bombardier requirements.Bombardier is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
