Develops and maintains website graphic designs and layout to support the organization's image, identity and brands. May be responsible for social media marketing and online community management.**This role in summary**:**Digital Center of Excellence (DCoE)****Whirlpool’s Digital Center of Excellence (DCoE) is designed to enable and accelerate our brands' goals of making life easier for our consumers. By providing our employees with the opportunity to be part of a global team with a clear global career path, and a chance to leverage senior & scarce talent, we are able to inject critical digital capabilities organization-wide, while simultaneously strengthening our relationships with the consumer.****The Global UX Role****The Global UX Manager will be responsible for creating a global User Experience vision and mission as part of the Global Digital Center of Excellence (DCoE), gathering the best use cases, suppliers, and strategies as well as benchmarking across regions. This professional will lead and influence stakeholders around the globe. The role splits 50% between global and 50% supporting and training regional teams to achieve the global UX strategy.****The Global UX Manager needs to understand and manage UX maturity differences among regions and support them accordingly. In parallel, it is part of this role to build global capabilities, KPIs and policies.****Your responsibilities will include**:**Key responsibilities include**:- ** Vision: This role is responsible for setting a compelling and clear vision for UX across the globe. In addition, the role will be responsible for instilling departmental culture at all levels in order to inspire a unified vision and direction towards the achievement of the business’s goals**- ** Maturity Assessment: Create a global UX maturity assessment stack and define each regional maturity position - setting growth goals of and guiding regions with the best benchmarkings and approaches to move upward in the scale of maturity - according to the maturity phase each region is on.**- ** Talent Track and Interchange: This role will also keep track of the best UX professionals - their skills, capabilities and expertise and guarantee global interchanges creating a vibrant global community of experts.**- ** KPI’s: This role will define a global structure of KPIs that must be tracked across all regions and track global performance having a parametrized way to compare regions' evolutions and monitor the evolution of each country.**- ** Trends: Monitor global trends related to tools, consumer behavior, UX process best practices and innovations regarding UX to share among regions; Also build a shared global library of research**- ** Regional Support: Be a trusted advisor to the Regional Markets helping regional teams to conduct Discoveries, Journey Mapping, Design Thinking, UX analysis, UX research, Personas Creation when needed - especially in regions with low maturity without dedicated UX teams.****Create a training trail and support processes for local teams UX professionals****Minimum requirements**:**You’ll also have experience in:.**- ** 5 years of professional experience in UX, UX Research or product design.**- ** Experience designing for a consumer interface and working collaboratively with designers, product managers, and engineers.**- ** Experience managing and growing UX teams across interaction design, creative design, and user research.**- ** Experience working in Agile environments**- ** Previous experience with eCommerce UX.**- ** Fluent English****Preferred skills and experiences**:- **Consumer-centric mindset;**- ** Proficiency in DesignOps, Design Systems, and different design structures and processes with experience of implementing them.**- ** The ability to architect complex global solutions and manage their implementation**- ** Experience with Accessibility friendly design.**- ** Strategic problem solver with the ability to move quickly and effectively on high impact initiatives.**- ** Experience of aligning UX strategy with organizational goals.**- ** Deep understanding of diverse testing and research methodologies Ex: User test
