**Grow with us as a Talent Acquisition Specialist (Temporary)**, in this position is critical for our business to build high caliber external and internal talent pipelines to address current and future talent needs for Kellogg focused in our corporate function roles and temporary positions for the region.**WHAT WILL I BE DOING?**In this role, you will be part of our success by doing the next activities:- Partnering with dedicated Corporate Functions owners, to gain a detailed understanding of business goals and needs.- Leverage your relationship with key Universities for campus recruiting programs.- Executing with excellence the recruitment process and advising hiring managers as appropriate to ensure that the employment legislation and company policies are adhered to.- Leveraging proactive and innovative attraction and sourcing techniques for finance entry level positions such as selective job boards, social media channels, and boolean searches, networking and attending professional events.- Building talent pipelines for current and future Recruitment opportunities.- Preparing recruitment status reports and metrics and analyzing to identify areas for improvement. Administrate different External Agencies of Recruitment- Project Management to offer an agile recruitment process (Artificial Intelligence)- Manage all the open positions with temporary roles across the Region**WHAT DO I NEED TO DEMONSTRATE?**As well as a hunger to learn and succeed in to be considered for this position, you must be able to meet the following requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or related- English: Advanced- Previous recruitment experience- Experience using an ATS (Success Factors)- Experience using LinkedIn- General understanding of HR processes and employment legislation. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint an ability to learn additional programs as needed- Experience working to service level agreements in a customer driven environment
