Estamos buscando un practicante universitario para nuestro departamento de Finanzas realizando funciones de Procurement en San Luis Potosí.**El estudiante debe estar cursando actualemente la universidad.****Procurement - Departamento de Finanzas****Objetivo**:Brindar soporte a la función de Procurement, asistiendo en las diversas tareas relacionadas al proceso de adquisiciones. Se requiere nos apoye en el seguimiento de las entregas de las ordenes de compra, contactando a los proveedores y actualizando los archivos y en el sistema, se requiere su apoyo en modificación de datos de los proveedores así como dar de alta a nuevos en caso de requerirse, se requiere apoyo en el seguimiento de las importaciones apoyando con el envío de documentación al área de comercio exterior, y la creación de solicitudes de pago en caso de ser requerido**Responsabilidades**:- De forma individual es responsable de:- Colaborar en la solicitud de cotizaciones.- Dar seguimiento a las Órdenes de Compra- Apoyar en los procesos internos.- Apoyar en el proceso de documentación de importaciones según sea necesario.- Apoyar en la creación de nuevos proveedores- Interactuar y colaborar con otros departamentos para asegurar la alineación y cumplimiento de políticas internas y regulaciones.**Requerimientos por áreas**:Estudiante de las carreras de Administración, Contabilidad, Comercio Exterior o afines.- MS Office nível avanzado- Ingles intermedio- No se requiere experiência solo buena actitud- Conocimiento de excell y words y búsqueda en internet**Competencias: (ejemplos)**- Credibilidad e integridad. Estar orientado a los detalles y ser capaz de ofrecer un alto nível de precisión.- Habilidad para comunicarse con claridad y escucha activa- Miembro activo del equipo- La capacidad de trabajar en múltiples proyectos dentro de los plazos establecidos- Confiabilidad e integridad**Requerimientos físicos**:ninguno en especial
