We work closely with people to acquire fast feedback and achieve the right outcomes.About the RoleWe are looking for a passionate and experienced Technical Consultant adept at serving as the primary liaison for technical inquiries, both internally and with our esteemed clients. You'll be pivotal in presenting our technology, devising solutions for client obstacles, and addressing their queries and requirements with assurance and efficiency.- Act as the professional source for Integration through the Project Implementation including Pre-sales, Sales & Post-sale for new and existing clients- Working with clients and partners to solve technical challenges regarding their unique environment and requirements.- Leading improvements and enabling our sales and engineering process (via tools, processes, and other initiatives).- Creating documentation, whitepapers, and other supporting material for internal and client usage.About YouBasic Qualifications:- 3+ years of experience with technical consulting, requirements gathering, or solution design- Experience with configuration tools and ability to fulfill technical tasks- Must be fluent in English, written and verbal communication- Strong rapport building and presentation skillsOther Qualifications:- Proficient skills with EDI, API REST, SOAP, XML, XSLT, JSON or other integration technology- Experience designing dynamic reports (BIRT or Crystal Reports).- Proficient skills with Workday integration technologies such as EIB, Document Transformation, and Workday Studio- Team player with self-management skills, strong decision making, adept at executing projects from scratch, and collaborating with cross-company stakeholders within a specific time.- Demonstrated ability to handle day-to-day work challenges confidently; adjust to shifting priorities, Identify and solve technical and operational issues during implementationOur Approach to Flexible WorkWith Flex Work, we’re combining the best of both worlds: in-person time and remote.
