ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:- Expert in Agile Working experience in all phases of software development- Strong expertise in Scrum all scrum ceremonies Agile Matrices- Expert in Agile Planning and Estimation- Good experience in Agile engineering practices TDD /BDD- CI Experience working with project teams to ensure overall delivery- Need to have good knowledge of setting up configuring JIRA- Must have strong turnaround skills backed with sound understanding of any given problem- Should be able to impart present Agile mindset and agile concepts to stockholders- Experience of SAFe framework and implementation Primary Skills Agile Coach- Strong in stake holder management and communication Agile Mindset Scrum Agile estimation and planning- Agile Retrospection XP engineering practices Agile matrices- Deliverables All the usual Scrum Master tasks- Good understanding of both Scrum and Kanban frameworks is a must.Good to have:- Experience of both front end and middleware development- SAFe Experience is a plus- Certified SAFe Scrum Master or CSM is a plusTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: $75,000.00 - $115,000.00 al mesHorario:- Turno de 8 horasPregunta(s) de postulación:- Por favor indica último sueldo percibido en brutos- Por favor, indica tus pretensiones económicas en bruto
