We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Data Integration Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Cloud data integration development. As a Senior Data Integration Consultant, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing data integration solutions to support our clients' EPM Cloud applications. Responsibilities Design and develop data integration solutions for Oracle EPM Cloud applications, including Oracle Planning and Budgeting Cloud, Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud, and Oracle Account Reconciliation applications. Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and technology requirements. Conduct thorough assessments to identify areas where technology can drive improvements and efficiencies. Implement and configure data integration processes using tools such as Oracle Data Exchange, Oracle Data Management and Oracle Integration Cloud. Develop and maintain ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various source systems into Oracle EPM Cloud applications. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for data integration issues. Provide expert advice on technology solutions and tools that can enhance the client's operations. Help clients make informed decisions about adopting and implementing new technologies. Perform data mapping, validation, and unit testing to ensure data accuracy and integrity. Conduct training sessions and provide documentation to clients to ensure successful adoption of data integration solutions. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in data integration and Oracle EPM Cloud technologies. Continuously monitor the performance of implemented solutions to identify areas for improvement or optimization, and provide recommendations for updates, upgrades, or modifications. Minimum And/Or Preferred Qualifications Advanced English communication skills. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field. 5 – 10 years of consulting experience or in a related field. Enterprise Data Management (EDM) Experience is highly preferred. Experience leading 8 – 10 different, full‑life‑cycle Oracle Data Integration implementations. Experience leading functional and technical design sessions, with hands‑on experience implementing Oracle Data Exchange, Oracle Data Management, and Oracle Integration Cloud. Experience leading a team of consultants and properly managing deliverables. Strong experience in scripting languages such as SQL, PL/SQL, and Python. Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred consulting experience in a similar role in a professional services firm or industry experience at a strategic level. Previous experience working in IT companies. In‑depth knowledge of the relevant technologies and systems. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations Oracle Cloud Enterprise Performance Management Data Integration Implementation Certified Professional – preferred. Other Oracle Cloud Enterprise Performance Management Implementation Specialist Certifications (Planning, Consolidations, Reconciliations, Narrative Reporting) – desired. Skill Requirements Communication: Proficient in English written and verbal communication. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients, team members, and stakeholders. Complex Project Management: Senior Consultants are responsible for leading multiple complex projects, necessitating exceptional project management skills. Thought Leadership: Providing thought leadership and industry expertise is critical in projects. Client Acquisition: Strong business development skills to acquire new clients and expand existing relationships. Mentorship and Coaching: Indirectly developing and coaching junior and mid‑level consultants. Strategic Vision: Contribute to the firm's strategic vision and decision‑making.
