Sr. Product Manager, Cross Border Latam

DESCRIPTIONAmazon Global Selling has been helping individuals and businesses increase sales and reach new customers around the globe. Today, more than 50% of Amazon's total unit sales come from third-party selection. The Global Selling into Latam team is responsible for international Sellers’ success and growth on Amazon. Our vision is to be the first choice for all types of Global businesses to join Latam.Key job responsibilities- Initiate, define, plan and manage the roll out of the program features and enhancements based on the legislative changes in the Latam Cross Border Compliance space;- Create a Roadmap in Latam to support sellers impacted by new legislation changes. Latam will introduce 10+ new legislations in 2025;- Build Services to help sellers comply with new legislation, leveraging zero-touch compliance levers to de-risk the program across legislations;- Own weekly and monthly reporting on the state of the initiatives you own. Utilize metrics to deep-dive into issues and uncover business-driving trends and patterns- Manage engagement with multiple stakeholders in US, China, Latam, EU including Tax, Legal, Operations, Tech, Seller Services and FBA.- Build a compliance reporting setup and risk management mechanisms for existing and upcoming EU regulationsA day in the lifeA day in the life- Review recurring business metrics and propose improvements.- Programs, process and products continuous improvement;- Work with international product teams to identify Seller Experience improvements.- Work with external partners to simplify tax compliance for international sellers in Latam.About the teamWho are we? Our team navigateson broad and diverse topics such as Taxes, Accounting, international trade, importations, marketing, operations, working with tech teams, and dealing with high level of uncertainty.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS- Bachelor's degree or equivalent- 7+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition- Experience with end to end product delivery- Experience as a product manager or owner- Experience owning technology products- English proficiency: Advanced (written and spoken)- Excel proficiency: AdvancedPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights- Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders- SQL
