Every day we help people feel safe, secure and experience a more open world.**We´re looking for: Order Entry / Data Entry Analyst**:The **Order Entry / Data Entry Analyst** is responsible for the accurate entry, validation, analysis, and follow-up of sales orders within the company’s ERP systems, ensuring that all information is precise, complete, and timely, in compliance with internal guidelines, commercial policies, and customer requirements.**Key Responsibilities**:- Enter and process sales orders in the ERP system (preferably JDE), ensuring accuracy of pricing, quantities, delivery dates, commercial terms, and customer information.- Validate that sales orders comply with internal procedures, price lists, commercial agreements, and credit policies prior to release.- Monitor order status and identify, analyze, and resolve discrepancies related to incorrect, missing, or inconsistent data within the system.- Maintain a high level of data accuracy, minimizing errors that could impact invoicing, production, shipping, or customer service.**Preferred Experience**:- 1-year related experience- Working with an ERP system (JDE preferred)- Experience in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent experience.- Advanced English.**Qualifications**:- To perform this job successfully, an individual must possess:- Accuracy in entering data- Strong technical aptitude (system JDE, DFIS, Comet and process)- Ability to prioritize tasks with urgency- Excellent math and conceptual skills**We offer**:- Benefits superior to those of Law- 30 days Christmas box- 12 days of vacation- 100% vacation premium- 13% Savings Fund- 15% Vouchers Pantry- Development training plan- **W**ork Location: Hybrid remote in 45600, San Pedro Tlaquepaque, Jal.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminadoSueldo: $17,000.00 - $18,000.00 al mesBeneficios:- Caja de ahorro- Estacionamiento de la empresa- Estacionamiento gratuito- Seguro de vida- Servicio de comedor con descuento- Vales de despensaLugar de trabajo: remoto híbrido en 45601, Amaneceres, Jal.
