Zurich Capability Center is currently hiring a: SharePoint Developer We are looking for Senior SharePoint Developers to design, develop, and implement advanced SharePoint solutions that support business needs and drive digital transformation. This role requires strong hands‑on expertise in SharePoint development, architecture, and integration with related technologies. The candidate should be a technical leader capable of mentoring junior developers and collaborating closely with business stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Architect, design, and deploy advanced SharePoint solutions (Online and On‑Premises). Develop and customize workflows, automations, and integrations. Ensure solutions align with business requirements, governance, and security best practices. Lead technical discussions and decision‑making on architecture and solution design. Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering technical growth within the team. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. Qualifications 3+ years of hands‑on SharePoint development/administration (Online/On‑Premises). Proficiency in SharePoint Framework (SPFx), Power Platform, .NET, JavaScript . Strong background in solution architecture, security, governance, and compliance. Experience in requirements gathering and translating business needs into technical solutions. Excellent problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with stakeholders.
