Translatable Rich Text Key Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in law Labor Law experience A minimum of 5 years on a similar position within a Unionized International Company. Advanced English Overview: Support and advise all sites’ labor relations and human resources areas on day-to-day labor matters as well as special projects. New hires (hourly and salaried) Dismissals (hourly and salaried) Follow up with external law firms on labor (direct and indirect) litigations. Support internal HR and LR teams on all matters related to unionized situations and CBA negotiations. Answer Authority’s Requirements. Labor and Social Welfare Ministry Attorney General (local, municipal, and federal) Mexican Institute of Social Welfare Family Court (alimonies) Support on Recovery of Legal Fees. Follow up with suppliers to recover legal fees expended by GM on Labor Litigations (indirect) filed by supplier’s employees and workers. Under supervision of direct leader, calculate the estimate amount of legal fees expended by GM on criminal litigations and property damages caused by supplier’s employees and workers.
