Full-time, Hybrid (Dallas, TX)**Company Overview**:**Betterware (NASDAQ**: BWMX) is Mexico's leading home goods and organization company.We are now expanding our presence to the United States and opening our first US office in Dallas, Texas. This is an opportunity to build something extraordinary from the ground up and join the startup team of Betterware in the US.**Job Summary**:The Head of Digital Marketing will be responsible for designing, developing, and executingBetterware US' digital marketing strategy to drive customer acquisition, engagement, andadvertising, and a great affiliate marketing program. The position requires an intrapreneurial mindsetfocusing on rapid experimentation and innovation. The Head of Digital Marketing should becomfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where the ability to adapt quickly tochanging business needs is critical.**Key Responsibilities**:Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that aligns withBetterware's overall business goals and objectives.Work with Corporate IT to develop all digital marketing tools, including an eCommerceplatform and analytics systems.advertising, SEO, and affiliate marketing.Led the development of creative and compelling marketing campaigns that drive customer acquisition and retention.Analyze and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, using data todrive continuous improvement and optimization.Stay current with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices,and recommend new initiatives that can drive growth and improve ROI.**Qualifications**:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of success.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to make informed decisions and present results.Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns andinitiatives simultaneously.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively withcross-functional teams.Ability to be both a strategic thinker and a hands-on doer. This means that while the rolewill require strategic planning and high-level decision-making, it will also require the ability to roll up your sleeves and get your hands dirty with the day-to-day execution.Experience in the home goods or direct-to-consumer industry is a plus.Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.We offer a competitive salary, a comprehensive benefits package, and the opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing organization.We would love to hear from you if you are a strategic thinker with a track record of driving**Salary Range**:$135,000 + bonus
