Our commitment extends beyond business success as we strive to build sustainable processes that minimize environmental impact and foster vibrant and diverse communities around the globe.**Actividades**- Mantener el cumplimiento comercial en todas las operaciones de comercio exterior- Llevar a cabo conciliaciones de SAT Data Stage Vs Anexo 24 y 30- Apoyar y promover los programas de logística, incluidos CTPAT y OEA, con asistencia para la resolución de problemas, capacitación y cumplimiento de estos.- Liderar y ayudar en auditorías y programas de auto auditoría para garantizar el cumplimiento de las obligaciones de comercio exterior.- Asegurar la ejecución adecuada de las operaciones de comercio exterior a través de la generación - ejecución de procesos y la supervisión de personal.- Crear, analizar y presentar informes y métricos para realizar un seguimiento del rendimiento del personal a su cargo.- Interactuar con clientes internos y externos, así como proveedores para determinar/validar, clasificaciones, país de origen, restricciones y regulaciones aduanales.- Apoyar en la aprobación y emisión de Certificados de Origen, así como su control y administración.**Conocimiento y Experiência**- Experiência mínima de 7 años en el cumplimiento de Operaciones de Comercio Exterior- Conocimiento y habilidad para clasificar productos haciendo uso de la tarifa armonizada- Conocimiento en Tratados de Libre Comercio y acuerdos comerciales- Habilidad para comunicar clara y efectivamente la legislación aduanera a las partes interesadas internas y externas.- Autónomo y con habilidad demostrada para trabajar con mínima supervisión- Habilidad para tomar decisiones de manera autónoma dentro del alcance del puesto- Orientado al detalle, con iniciativa, con habilidades de liderazgo y trabajo en equipo.Comunicación fluida en español e ingles**Jabil, including its subsidiaries, is an equal opportunity employer and considers qualified applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, disability, genetic information, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.**Accessibility Accommodation**:whereyoubelong
