**Job Description: Talent Acquisition Sourcer****Location: Guadalajara****Wexpand History**:At Wexpand, we connect talent with opportunities. We're looking for someone who shares those values and can translate them into compelling designs.**Key Responsibilities**:- Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs- Solicit referrals from current employees and external networks- Promote our company brand online and offline- Communicate with past applicants regarding new job opportunities**Qualifications**:- Advanced English (C1,C2)**Soft Skills**:- Have excellent oral and written communication skills.- Have excellent time management, organizational planning, and problem-solving skills.- Strong leadership**Technical Skills**:- You have a track record of completing work with a high level of quality- You have a knack for figuring out hard problems and enjoy a hands-on approach to your work- Are proficient in Microsoft office suites.- Project management skills.**Schedule**:- Monday to Friday onsite 8am to 5pm ($13,000-$14,000)Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $13,000.00 - $14,000.00 al mesTipo de jornada:- Lunes a viernesLugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
