Job Description: As the Sales Director, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing a team of sales professionals in the market. You will play a key role in developing and executing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve sales objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to drive business growth
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify threats and opportunities
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, or a related field; MBA preferred
  • 15-20 years of experience in sales leadership roles with heavy industrial manufacturers in conveyor, automation or similar product and services background.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Must be fluent in Spanish, and English
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
