**This is not a remote role.** This role is to be based in our Zapopan office and offers a hybrid working schedule, with at least 3 days per week spent in the office.**Responsibilities**:- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business objectives and requirements.- Analyze existing business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement.- Document and maintain comprehensive business requirements, process flows, and user stories.- Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that contribute to informed decision-making.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver results on time.- Act as a liaison between sales and operations to ensure customer satisfaction.- Analyze the demand and supply to ensure revenue delivery within the spending budget.- Proactively identify and resolve any order or delivery issues. Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams to provide updates and ensure resolution.- Maintain accurate records of sales and operations interactions, such as orders, issues, and turnaround time, among other KPIs.- Provide regular reports to management on fulfillment activities and customer feedback trends.- Contribute ideas for improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the operations process.- Ensure on-time delivery of forecast and customer orders.- Manage forecast fulfillment and minimize impacts by handling everyday issues.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or related field.- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst/fulfillment- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Both, in English and Spanish.- Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).- D365 experience is a plus.Quantum provides a benefit package that includes Major Medical, Dental, and Vision healthcare coverage that is company paid for employee and dependents.
