At our core, we strive to uphold HPE’s values - to partner, innovate and act - we are an organization that plan, source, and provide quality customer and partner experiences.**In a typical day as a Java Developer, you would**:- Lead multiple project teams of other engineers and internal and outsourced development partners responsible for all stages of development across multiple engineering disciplines for complex products, platforms, systems, software, and technology solutions.- Manage and expand relationships with internal and outsourced development partners on engineering design and development.- Review and evaluate designs and project activities for compliance with technology and development guidelines and standards; provide tangible feedback to improve product quality.- Provide domain-specific expertise and overall engineering leadership and perspective to cross- organization projects, programs, and activities- Drive innovation and integration of new technologies into projects and activities in the engineering design organization.- Provide guidance and mentoring to less- experienced staff members.**_About you:- **- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or equivalent.- **Solid experience programming (Java, C++ or.NET)**:- **Javascript experience is a MUST**- Using and evaluating appropriate engineering design tools and software packages to design components and solutions.- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.- Conducting reviews of material specifications and hardware, software, and electrical component design.- Evaluating forms of empirical analysis, modeling and testing methodologies to validate product designs and specifications.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; fluent in English and local language.- Ability to effectively communicate product architectures, design proposals and negotiate options at senior management levels.**Join us and make your mark****We offer**:- A competitive salary and extensive social benefits- Diverse and dynamic work environment- Work-life balance and support for career development- An amazing life inside the element Want to know more about it?Then let’s stay connectedHPE is an Equal Employment Opportunity/ Veterans/Disabled/LGBT and Affirmative Action employer.
