Being an International Consultant at Kilpatrick means:

  • Researching, identifying and presenting candidates for Director and Executive positions in a wide range of industries at an international level
  • Identifying recruitment sources, networking leads, social media opportunities, job fairs, advertising resources, and other tools to attract candidates
  • Client & Candidate Relationship Management, conducting interactions in a timely, professional and responsive manner
  • Creating and updating Progress Reports to track research and recruitment process
  • Arrange and attend client meetings, create and write proposals and supporting our Senior Partners

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
  • Experience with various sourcing methodologies including: headhunting, market mapping, Boolean searches, social media recruitment strategies, career sites, among others.
  • Strong ability to foster professional relationships with candidates and clients (both local and international) throughout the recruitment process.
  • Customer-oriented with a sense of urgency while maintaining quality control.
  • Strong negotiator, verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail.
  • An entrepreneurial spirit and driven for growth and expansion.
  • Ability to work independently, strong team player.
  • Advanced English communication skill is a must.

  • Work with a global team from 6 offices in an English-speaking environment, with clients from multinational companies
  • Hands-on experience in executive search
  • Working along with Senior Team members in one of our global offices
  • Understand the process of executive search
  • Contribute and foster innovative ideas, with extensive room for initiative.
  • On the frontier of digital innovation in the human resource industry

Location: our global offices are located in Milan, Bangkok, Istanbul and Mexico City. The candidate must be already based near the city of interest.
