Support of the SPEI infrastructure:- Management of Windows and Linux operating systems- Create & support IPSec VPNs- Domain of SPEI Networking and security- Knowledge of Fortinet, Cisco and Barracuda is a plus2. Monitoring and reporting- Ensure that there is adequate monitoring of on premise SPEI infrastructure according to the regulation- Troubleshooting possible infrastructure issues and fix it- Ensure that there is adequate monitoring of network traffic and IPSec connections- Troubleshooting for errors and resolving those errors3. Automatization- Participate in the building of tools and processes to support the SPEI infrastructureDocumentation- Maintain accurate and up to date documentation on the current infrastructureCollaborations- Customer success: to monitor and improve network connection to our providers and assure we meet our SLAs**Corporate Security Responsibility**All activities involving access to Mastercard assets, information, and networks comes with an inherent risk to the organization and, therefore, it is expected that every person working for, or on behalf of, Mastercard is responsible for information security and must:- Abide by Mastercard’s security policies and practices;- Ensure the confidentiality and integrity of the information being accessed;- Report any suspected information security violation or breach, and- Complete all periodic mandatory security trainings in accordance with Mastercard’s guidelines.
