**Job Details****What will you do?**We are hiring a FP&A Junior Analyst in our business center. This position works in a multi-disciplinary team of other peers. S/he will track, report, accrue and manage Rebates and Royalties for Security Products business units and will collaborate in the preparation and analysis of financial results, presentations and other requested projects. S/he will be part of the analytical engine of the company to provide insights and support ‘optimal’ business decision making.**How you will do it?**- Working close with SP collections team and Key Customers contacts to ensure effective communication and improvement of Rebates and Royalties Management- Developing automated financial and performance reports using reporting tools- Compiling financial information for business reviews- Assisting in preparation and loading of forecasts on monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.- Operating within established finance procedures- Documenting risks and escalating them to management- Ensuring adequate internal controls are maintained**What we look for?**- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics or Accounting- + 1year of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis or equivalent experience in Accounting/ Finance.- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills. Hyperion Enterprise and Essbase knowledge highly required- Strong analytical skills and desire to develop business acumen- Strong customer and business orientation- Ability to think creatively, highly-driven and self-motivated- Highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized.- Fluent in English- Johnson Controls does not request pregnancy or HIV testing as a requirement for admission, permanence or promotion._
