You'll use your strong technical and leadership skills to ensure top-quality results, improve our processes, and guide our team to meet new technical challenges, helping us stay ahead in a fast-evolving market.- Responsibilities:- Lead and oversee quality assurance for AI data and language analysis projects.- Develop and implement quality standards, testing procedures, and new, efficient processes.- Manage projects, ensuring they meet deadlines and technical requirements.- Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders (like Google) to understand needs and deliver solutions.- Analyze complex issues, propose innovative solutions, and drive improvements.- Mentor team members on quality best practices and technical skills- Must-haves:- Proven experience in Quality Assurance (QA) and testing methodologies with a solid background in Programming (e.g., Python, SQL, understanding of code logic).- Excellent Stakeholder Management and communication abilities with them and the internal team.- A knack for critical thinking, problem-solving, and driving innovation.**Benefits**Why Qualitest?- Be a part of a company who strives to support for diversity and inclusion in the workplace - we are one, we are many at Qualitest.
