El puesto de Sourcing es un área de gran oportunidad de conocimiento en el abastecimiento, buscamos personas con gran entusiasmo, energía y actitud positiva.Actividades:- Desarrollar y aplicar estrategias de abastecimiento para cumplir los objetivos de adquisición de la empresa.- Identificar posibles proveedores y realizar evaluaciones para valorar sus capacidades, fiabilidad y normas de calidad.- Negociar mejores términos y condiciones con los proveedores.- Supervisar y evaluar continuamente el rendimiento de los proveedores, garantizando la entrega puntual y manteniendo al mismo tiempo los estándares de calidad.- Colaborar estrechamente con los departamentos internos para comprender sus necesidades de abastecimiento, especificaciones y requisitos.- Construir y mantener relaciones sólidas con proveedores clave, fomentando asociaciones basadas en la confianza, la fiabilidad y los beneficios mutuos.Aptitudes:- Capacidad de negociación y gestión de contratos.- Excelente capacidad analítica y de resolución de problemas.- Excepcionales dotes de comunicación e interpersonales.- Gusto por el comercio internacional y experiência en import / export.- Autodidacta en caso de no tener experiência.**Requisitos**:- Dominio de motores de búsqueda y herramientas digitales para localización de proveedores potenciales.- Conocimiento de principios de gestión de la cadena de suministro.- Capacidad para colaborar eficazmente con equipos interfuncionales.- Experiência como responsable de compras o en un puesto similar de compras.- Conocimiento en abastecimiento, gestión de proveedores y procesos de adquisición.- Excelentes dotes de negociación y gestión de relaciones.- Familiaridad con los reglamentos y normas específicos del sector.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $10,000.00 - $14,000.00 al mesBeneficios:- Aumentos salariales- Bebidas gratis- Días de maternidad superiores a los de la ley- Estacionamiento gratuito- Horarios flexibles- Opción a contrato indefinido- Programa de referidos- Uniformes gratuitosPago complementario:- Bono de productividadTipo de jornada:- Turno de 8 horasEscolaridad:- Bachillerato terminado (Obligatorio)Experiência:- Oficina: 2 años (Deseable)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
