This is your chance to contribute to the growth and success of a fast-paced, dynamic company.**Key Responsibilities**:- Lead, manage, and execute the full recruitment cycle, from job postings to offer negotiations.- Collaborate with department leaders to understand hiring needs and create tailored recruitment strategies.- Develop talent attraction strategies and maintain up-to-date recruitment metrics.**Requirements**:- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or related fields.- 5+ years of experience in recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring.- Expertise in job boards, LinkedIn, and talent management systems.- Fluent in English (100%, both oral and written).- Willingness to relocate or reside in Hermosillo, Sonora.**What You’ll Bring**:- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with a strategic mindset.- Ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Be part of a company where your recruitment expertise will have a direct impact on our growth and success.
