As Procurement Supplier Operations Supervisor (PSOS) you ensure compliance around pricing input accuracy in PPG’s ERP’s and adjacent IT tools for PPG Americas Raw Materials around consignment set up. The PSOS will also support Regional and Global Commodity managers through reporting that is supplied by GBS Pricing Team. You will also guide changes for automation in the pricing process. You will report to the Procurement Operations Manager.You will develop process improvements related to daily activities to develop ways to improve processes and methods of doing business as new systems are implemented.You will improve the purchasing raw materials and packaging pricing process through ERP, and Epro process management, working with both raw materials suppliers and general purchasing team members, internal team members, PPG’s global commodity managers, and the Americas Operations teams.**Key Responsibilities**- Manage the Procurement Operations Team- Manage RM Sourcing Process (Winshuttle, Consignment, Vendor Merge, Supplier Set Up, RFP Implementation, Epro, Training Documentation, Supplier Template, Acquisition Integration)- Manage Indirect Sourcing Process Management (Epro, Sundries, Logistics)- Benchmark processes in other regions- Guide the use of pricing templates and automation in both Oracle and SAP- Implement best practices, best organization, and create the training manual describing the tasks to be performed in SAP & ORACLE- Develop the necessary control tools to ensure that prices, purchasing conditions and sourcing rules are maintained- Improve for vendor changes in Epro/ERPs- Business Process Optimization- Further upgrade and automate purchasing functions in both Oracle and SAP ERP systems.**Qualifications**- Bachelor’s degree desired, or associate’s degree plus relevant work experience or overall equivalent work experience- 5 years experience in procurement or purchasing related field- Previous supplier management experience- Fluency in English in writing and speaking- Knowledge of IT tools such as Oracle, SAP, MS Office (Excel, Access), SharePoint or Service NowBenefits included will be discussed with you by your recruiter during the hiring process, like medical benefits, life insurance and more.**About us**:**PPG: WE PROTECT AND BEAUTIFY THE WORLD****The PPG Way: We partner with customers to create mutual value.
