The enterprise network product group consists primarily of optical-based communication networks sold to businesses, governments and individuals for their own use.**Position Purpose**:**Responsibilities and Day to Day Activities (not limited to)**:- Individual contributor, lead or team member with ownership of a part of the accomplishment within Business Unit/Area, Plant,- Manage moderate - broad scope projects with multiple variables, unclear solutions, and many stakeholders- Coach Bands A, B, CC, BB, AA- Plan, organize and execute work-streams on projects to deliver process improvement and step change capabilities- Project work scope could include equipment selection (design, development) manufacturing installation, start-up, and acceptance (Pilot, Pre-Pro Runs & EEM)- Role includes individual contributor and project work-stream leadership responsibilities- Work with and facilitate alignment between manufacturing, development, and upstream process experts to deliver step change and improvement of cable processes- Manage internal Corning resources, and potentially external contractors, to complete project deliverables
