At PepsiCo we create a Space to be y( )u.**Responsibilities**:Procurement Information Management Analyst role will be responsible to collect, analyze, and design all the data outcomes in documents according the business needs.This Analyst will be able to provide and communicate to the procurement leads all the relevant data - outcomes from the report in order to identify opportunities - efficiencies for the category lead.Analyst will be traking based on the KPIs for this serviceACCOUNTABILIES- Complete and create suppliers risk evaluations and onboarding activities.- Complete suppliers SQAa, Code of conduct and suppler qualification.- Create, update, prepare ongoing weekly & periodic reporting (payments and transactions)- Monitor specific flag suppliers (Minority spend, diversity etc)- Responsible for Supplier performance management.- Material ERP creation and mainytenane.- Master data Update.- Understand key drivers of spend.- Analyze data and Reports and offer recommendations for improvements.- Purpose and create efficiencies during the procees,- Compliance / KPIs metrics.- Work with external clients to supplement PepsiCo required information.- Review, create and execute purchase orders.Qualifications:- Bachelor’s Degree- 6 months - 1 year of experience: Broad understanding of Global Procurement activities / Data management / Master data governance- Proficiency in English language- Intermediate-Advanced Microsoft Excel skills- Procurement - finance - analytics background- ERP systems knowledge (SAP- Oracle) nice to have.- Tableau and Power BI. Nice to have
