Come, join us on this journeyBritish American Tobacco Mexico has an exciting opportunity for Investigations Analyst in Monterrey.Execute investigations of incidents that negatively affect personnel, information, assets, image, and property. Assist in responding to security emergencies and events.Your key responsibilities will include:- Immediate response to security incidents where there is a threat to TM&D across Mexico, employees and assets to ensure minimized loss or injury. If necessary, to respond personally in close coordination with Regional Managers and Security Coordinators.- Liaise with and maintain ongoing relationships with relevant agencies such as Law Enforcement agencies and other local police authorities, to create strong communication channels between these agencies and the Company.- Provide relevant information to the authorities to support investigations.- Provide technical assistance to the Operations Management regarding investigations processes.- Respond advice and support employee requirements on personal security, to contribute safeguarding their personal integrity.- Ensure proper management of all assets under its responsibilities, to comply with the Corporate Security Strategy.- Leverage understanding and support of stakeholders (internal and external) to support better-informed decisions in addressing security concerns/issues effectively.- Ensure the administration and management of confidential information in its area of responsibility and contribute to the sales objectives.What are we looking for?- Experience in Security for at least 5 years- Understand the methods that could be used in perpetrating criminal acts, including fraud, against the company and its personnel.- Capable to analyze security information and create investigative reports- Very good communication and organizations skills- Proactive and willing to continuous development- Stress management- Very good communication skills, organizational skills, ability to prioritize and able to work with tight deadlines- Proactive and willing to continuous development- Career related to security- English: written and speaking- Strong experience with Microsoft Office, Excel, SAP (desirable)- Intermediate English: written and speaking.What we offer you?- Our range of benefits varies by country and includes diverse health plans, initiatives for work-life balance, transportation support, and a flexible holiday plan with additional incentives- Your journey with us isn't limited by boundaries; it's propelled by your aspirations.
