**MISIÓN DEL PUESTO**:Gestión y negociación de Contratos desde fase de ofertas hasta el cierre de los mismos en colaboración con el equipo de Operaciones y Contratos.**PRINCIPALES MISIONES DEL PUESTO**:- Realizar informe BID/ NO BID.- Realizar el Contract Management Plan de cada proyecto.- Revisar el alcance del contrato.- Apoyo asesoría jurídica para la redacción de documentos contractuales (MOU, Contratos, etc.)- Analizar el borrador de contrato y detectar riesgos.- Gestión de Bitácora del Proyecto.- Gestión de cambios y reclamaciones en contrato.- Aprobar la versión final para firma.- Identificar stakeholders.- Ser el punto de contacto para el cliente en temas contractuales.- Analizar la implicación de nuevas leyes o normativas.- Revisión y/o preparación de cartas, claims y resto de comunicación contractual, con el apoyo de Asesoría Jurídica.- Monitorizar los cumplimientos de nuestras obligaciones contractuales (hitos, entregables, facturación, etc.)- Atender auditorías externas.- Participar en la mejora continua de los procesos de Contract Management.**REQUERIMIENTOS**:- Licenciatura en Ingeniería Civil/Industrial o Administración (título y cédula).- Manejo Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).- Inglés (nível avanzado) tanto en lectura como en escritura, habla y comprensión.- Experiência mínima de 5 años.- Conocimiento de ley de obras públicas y su reglamento.- Conocimiento de ley de adquisiciones.- Experiência trabajando con cliente internacionales.**COMPETENCIAS**:- Trabajo en equipo- Trabajo bajo presión- Compromiso y responsabilidad- Proactividad
