Descripción y detalle de las actividadesThe Enterprise Resourcing Planning Support Specialist is responsible for providing technical support and guidance to end-users of our ERP system. This role involves troubleshooting, system configuration, and maintaining documentation. S/He will have a strong understanding of ERP systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for helping others.**Essential Job Functions/Tasks**:Provide first-line support for ERP system users, resolving system functionality, data integrity, and user accessissues. Assist with system configuration, customization, and updates. Escalate complex issues and bugsto the Business Systems Analysts and ERP Hosting partner as necessary.Develop and deliver training sessions for end-users, ensuring they understand how to use the ERP systemeffectively.Create and maintain user guides, FAQs, and other documentation to support users.Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the ERP system.Work closely with various departments to understand their ERP needs and provide appropriate solutions.Participate in solution reviews, prototype demonstrations, and user acceptance testing to ensure alignment with business needs and objectives.Stay updated with the latest ERP system features and best practices.Proactively identify areas for system and process improvements.Adheres to established change management standards/procedures to ensure disciplined, controlled, andExperiência y requisitos**Education/Training Required and Preferred**:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems**Experience Required and Preferred**:Minimum of 3 years of experience in ERP support or a related role in maquiladora industry*****Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English IS A MUST****Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSA's) Required**:KSA #1: Proven expertise in troubleshooting JDE E1 and/or IQMS ERP systems.KSA #2: Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills, combined with a proactive approach toproblem-solving, are essential in a global, multi-site environment.KSA #3: Knowledge of cloud-based or on-premises ERP solutions and emerging technologies in ERPsystems.KSA #4:Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English with the abilityto effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organizationand external partners to deliver reliable technology solutions.KSA #5:Ability to work with mínimal supervision and demonstrate initiative. Able to balanceday-to-day operations and long-term, high-impact projects.KSA #6: Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies.KSA #7: Relevant certifications (e.g., SAP Certified Technology Associate, OracleERP Administrator Certified Professional) are a plus.KSA #8:Experience working within an ITIL environment.
