What We Look For While we don’t have an active opening right now, here are some of the key skills we typically seek in our Data Science team: Bachelor's, Master's or a PhD degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field Strong proficiency in Python programming language Solid experience in data science, machine learning, or related field Experience with machine learning libraries such as scikit-learn, xgboost, TensorFlow, Keras, and Pytorch Proficiency in data analysis, visualization, and manipulation tools such as Pandas, Matplotlib, and Seaborn Experience with SQL Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate complex ideas to technical and non-technical stakeholders Our Culture & Values At Klar, we foster a diverse, inclusive, and high-performing culture.
