Your focus will always be on enhancing student outcomes through a variety of approaches, including:- **Modeling**: Demonstrate effective teaching strategies in real classroom settings that teachers can observe and learn from.- ** Co-Planning**: Collaborate with teachers to design lessons and units that are engaging, effective, and aligned with our educational standards.- ** Co-Teaching**: Work alongside teachers in the classroom to implement new strategies, providing real-time support and guidance.- ** Feedback and Coaching Cycle**: Offer constructive guidance through a dedicated coaching cycle, helping teachers reflect, grow, and celebrate student learning.The role of Instructional Coach is all about support, collaboration, and inspiration. You'll be at the heart of our educational community, ensuring that our classrooms are places where both teachers and students can thrive.**Who We’re Looking For**:You’ll need at least **5 years' experience** in education, preferably in an elementary setting, and at least **2 years' experience**in a leadership position. You should have a valid teaching qualification (US Teacher's License, PGCE, Lic. en Educación, Pedagogía, etc., a keen understanding of contemporary pedagogy and instructional practices, and a desire to continue to learn and grow.
