Buscamos talento comercial para seguir creciendo en la zona de Cuautitlán Izcalli**Actividades**:- Prospección y expansión de la cartera de clientes.- Networking y asistencia a red de sucursales del banco asignadas- Venta de servicios intangibles, desde la prospección hasta el cierre.- Comunicación profesional verbal, presencial y por escrito.- Resolución de problemas; seguimiento a procesos de clientes.**Requisitos**:- Escolaridad: Minímo bachillerato concluído- Experiência: En actividades comerciales o relacionadas- Enfoque a objetivos, dinamismo y atención a los detalles- Vehículo para tu movilidad**Competencias**:- Excelentes habilidades de venta y negociación.- Capacidad para asimilar temas financieros/bancarios.- Auto-gerenciable y bajo supervisión- Personalidad extrovertida y resolutiva**Ofrecemos**:- Sueldo base fijo de $10,000 Br- Bono garantizado de primeros meses de incorporación $5,000.- Esquema de comisiones por cada afiliación durante 12 meses NO TOPADOS- Vales de gasolina $3,000- Peajes, viáticos y consumibles se cubrén aparte.- Prestaciones superiores a las de la ley inmediatas.- 16 días de vacaciones- Seguro de gastos médicos mayores.- Seguro de vida- Seguro dental- Aguinaldo a 30 días- Prima vacacional al 100%Laborarás en un Great place to Work.
