**Application Engineer****As an Application Engineer**you will**:- Select the appropriate G&W product to meet these requirements- Develop accurate cost models for both standard and custom equipment- Determine price levels and lead times- Partner with customers and our Engineering team to develop custom solutions that satisfy their needs- Build and maintain strong relationships with our internal resources and Sales Team- Provide timely and effective verbal and written communication to our internal resources and Sales Team- Communicate these requirements to G&W's internal teams for engineering and manufacturing**We are looking for someone who**:- Holds a Bachelor's degree (B. S.) in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering - A concentration in Power Engineering is highly desired- Has strong computer proficiency- Possesses strong interpersonal skills- Ideally has experience with switchgear, reclosers, SF6 insulated and dielectric insulated switches.- Customer serviceExperience in presenting quotes and profit margins.Experience in ERP (Oracle is a plus)
