Coordinate and develop synergy projects with other regions in Latin America and the Caribbean (LAC) to standardize and improve procurement practices within maintenance categories.- Develop and implement comprehensive procurement strategies to achieve cost optimization, elevate product and service quality, and foster strategic supplier partnerships for Maintenance Categories.- Execute complex negotiations with national and international suppliers to secure optimal terms regarding pricing, quality, delivery, and long-term value.- Manage and evaluate supplier performance through KPIs, driving continuous improvement.- Serve as a strategic partner to Hotel General Managers and department heads, aligning procurement activities with operational needs and anticipating future requirements.- Proactively monitor and analyze market trends, commodity pricing, and regulatory changes to identify risks and opportunities, providing actionable insights to the business.- Identify the training needs of the procurement team at property level and create plans to help team members grow their skills and succeed in their roles.- Collaborate closely with the Avendra team to coordinate sourcing strategies, ensure alignment with corporate standards, and maximize value across assigned categories.- Lead or actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives and procurement process standardization efforts in collaboration with cross-functional teams at both regional and corporate levels.**Qualifications**:Experience Required:- Bachelor’s degree in Business administration, Finance, International Trade or related field.- Minimum 5 Years in Procurement or Corporate position with a specific focus on Maintenance.- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, pivot tables and PowerPoint for presentations.- Proficiency with virtual collaboration platforms such as Microsoft Teams and Zoom for conducting internal and external meetings.- Experience with (ERP) systems and familiarity with modern procurement software (highly desirable)- Proficiency in Power Bi (Highly desirable)- Advanced Negotiation Skills.- Ability to tr
