This position coordinates the physical security of the J&J plants in Juarez, Mexico.**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:Under limited supervision and in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws/regulations and Corporate Johnson & Johnson, procedures and guidelines, this position:- Coordinate the activities of the staff under their charge, supervising and verifying the functions performed by the guards and staff under their charge, to ensure the protection of the company's assets.- Ensure that all security posts have a security officer on duty 24/7/365.- Control and ensure an efficient security service with the assistance of property security contractor personnel.- Collaborate in investigations of all security incidents that occur on site.- Monitor and review reports prepared by the security service provider's guards and team leaders and take any necessary follow-up action.- Check that the personnel of the property security service provider comply with all plant policies and procedures in terms of security, protection and the environment.- Generate purchase orders for security service and purchase of supplies for Security department.**Qualifications** QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS****EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE**:High school or truncated career or its equivalent in experience in the area Security**REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES AND AFFILIATIONS**:- English 80%- Knowledge in the access control system and CCTV- Knowledge of the minimum CTPAT criteria applicable to the area- Verbal and written communication skills- Problem solving skills- Ability to manage multiple projects- Coordination skills- Investigation techniques- Knowledge in Security Systems- Teamwork**Primary Location**Mexico-Chihuahua-Juarez- **Organization**E.E.S., S.A. de C.V.
