MISSIONOverall responsibility of the accounting GL/Reporting and Treasury, and Tax compliance. Supporting plant performance for efficiency and profitability.RESPONSIBILITIES- Overall plant cost responsibilities which includes but not limited to accruals, balance sheet reconciliation and tax compliance, treasury, intercompany transactions and reporting.- Responsible for directing the accounting department- Able to handle internal and external audit.- Monthend, forecast and budget and year/end- Ad hoc projects as requestedEDUCATION/QUALIFICATION- Bachelor degree in Accounting***EXPERIENCE (YEARS & FIELDS) ** 20 + year relevant accounting experience in mutlti national manufacturing companies.SKILLS/COMPETENCIES SOFT:- Ability to meet deadlines and works well in a team environment and able to handle stress and multitask.*- Hard working.- Excellent in communication.- Supervisory skills- Advanced English in writing and spoken is required.- Great problem solving skills.- Valid USA tourist VISA- Advanced English (Written & Spoken).TECHNICAL:- Solid accounting GL knowledge, balance sheet reconciliation and also able to reconcile cash vs accrual accounting difference*- Microsoft office word, excel, PPS,- Contpaq SOFTWARE- ERP System SAP, or ORACLE, or QAD, or others.- Knowlwdge on NOM-035Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo**Benefits**:- Estacionamiento de la empresaSchedule:- DiurnoConsideraciones ante el COVID-19:SEGURIDAD EN TODA LA EMPRESA
