Control all technical deliverables including documentation according with the schedule and project milestones.Leads and manages End-to-end Technical Solution Scope of Transportation: Railways, highways, Airports, Sea Ports. Energy: Mining, Utilities, Oil & Gas, Hospitality, Web Scale, Government/Public SafetyValidate the E2E project assumptions and adherence with the contract requirements in conjunction with the Solution Architect.Responsible for the E2E Solution/ Project Integration Management: Internal products across Nokia BG/BU and 3rd parties’ stakeholdersForecast E2E technical Project skills according with the project schedule allocating needed skills at the right moment along the contractInterfacing with the Customer Technical stakeholders and being the single point of contact of entire technical solution along the contract to assure proper segment- know how interface.Acts as the primary point of communication with the customer for technical and engineering delivery issues, involving the SA and domain architects as necessary, including leading any routine technical forums established for the project.**Key Responsibilities**Ensures on-time delivery of first-time engineering deliverables and activities.Works with the Delivery Solution Architect to align the technical quality aspects of the E2E solution.Ensure implementation of equipment and services in delivery scope and its final acceptance.Plan and communicate accurate technical resource demand figures for demand planning processEnsure that all project/solutions contractual requirements are met according with SLAs/ KPIs and project milestones.Lead and monitor the HW and SW deploy and/or integration project/sub project team including partner/service suppliers.Establishes and owns the schedule for the engineering work, with all dependencies including external parties, and internal 3rd party suppliers including:- E2E Solution design and keep updated from Pre- Sales across contract cycle- Task definitions by BGs/ BUs- Internal document quality workflow/procedure (review process) as acceptance per milestone/solutions- Traceability of technical requirements through all design and testing documentation- Incoming and outgoing document management system plus configuration management system, over the project lifecycle- Assessment of subcontractor deliverables quality prior to incorporation in the solution- Ensures that the customer understands the Nokia project technical delivery process (how we meet our contractual obligations)**Essential Requirements**:Dual Language capabilities - English and Portuguese/Spanish as per customer contract requirements.Confidence in E2E Solutions: Multi-Technology/ Multi BG/ BU. Self- taught personalityConfidence in: RAN (AirScale, MW Wavence) + CORE (mcRNC, MME, Megaplex, GGSN, SGSN, IMS) + APPS + Routers + IP Networking + Management System (NetAct, NSP) + 3rd party solution/integration: Voice Services, PTT, PTV, CCTV, Data/Telephony VoIP/WiFi (ALE, Aruba), CCTV, Access Control, Public Announcement (PA), Public Announcement General alarm (GA), Satellite.Enterprise Solutions: EVC, NGC, APC, CMU, NDAC, OMS, Train to GroundExperience and understanding of key contractual KPIs/SLA terms and conditions and impact on Project Outcomes.Capability to drive and positively influence shared decisions for the benefit of Nokia, above any personal interest.Knowledge of the Communication Service Provider (CSP) market as well as the Enterprise and Webscale markets.Effective communication style, open mind, collaborative approach.**Preferred Requirements**:Experience and proven track record in Pre-Sales and Delivery organizations addressing Enterprise and Government customersStrong understanding of the Nokia business, enterprise customers and portfolio, processes, and toolsDiverse experience across Sales, Business Group and support functionsStrong leadership skills, ability to drive virtual teams towards high collective performanceCommitment to results and can-do attitudeAbility to find solutions with an ambiguous and complex contextStrategic AcumenStrong ethics and integrity**Key Interfac
