YOUR TASKS Objective : Ensure the successful launch of new production systems by defining and implementing manufacturing processes, optimizing operating equipment, and collaborating across functions to drive cost, quality, and delivery targets. Main Responsibilities : Lead the planning and approval of production equipment for new projects, ensuring readiness in time, cost, and quality. Define and optimize manufacturing processes and sequences, using digital tools and best practices in industrial engineering. Coordinate the procurement and implementation of tools, jigs, and testing equipment, based on production requirements. Actively participate in APQP activities, risk analysis (PFMEA), and drive improvement actions during industrialization. Support new product launches, including SAP routing setup / modifications, BOM reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives. YOUR QUALIFICATIONS Experience with launches or new projects in a manufacturing environment. Solid knowledge in SAP, process design, and continuous improvement tools. Understanding of APQP and FMEA methodology. A degree in engineering and 2-3 years of experience in a similar role. Profile : University degree + 2–3 years of experience in process engineering or advanced manufacturing environments.
