This dual-capacity role is tailored for a visionary eager to steer our cutting-edge SaaS product to new heights and across global markets.**Role Overview**:We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Junior Project Manager to support our Project Manager in the successful execution of SaaS projects. This role will involve handling essential but fundamental project management tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities, and contributing to the overall success of our projects.**Key Responsibilities**:- Assist in preparing and updating project reports, including the creation and visualization of KPIs.- Maintain and update JIRA boards, ensuring accurate task tracking and project status.- Track project progress, including task completion, time sheets, and deliverables.- Create detailed meeting minutes and follow up on action items.- Support the controlling and monitoring of task execution and timelines.- Develop and polish presentations for both internal and external stakeholders.- Assist in organizing and maintaining project documentation.- Coordinate communication between team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment.**Qualifications**:- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.- Technical Skills: Basic understanding of project management tools and practices; experience with JIRA or similar tools is a strong plus.- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.- Detail-Oriented: Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.- Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with SaaS or software development processes is a plus.- Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.- Location Requirement: Must be based in Hermosillo, Mexico.**Preferred Skills**:- Experience with KPI tracking and visualization tools.- Prior exposure to project management or coordination roles.- Proficiency in creating professional presentations using tools such as PowerPoint.- Familiarity with time tracking and task management tools.**What We Offer**:A supportive environment for learning and growth in project management.Hands-on experience working on innovative SaaS projects in the manufacturing industry.Opportunity to collaborate with a diverse and international team.Competitive salary and benefits package.A modern and flexible working environment in Hermosillo.**How to Apply**:If you are organized, proactive, and eager to start your career in project management, we want to hear from you Please submit your resume and a brief cover letter explaining your interest in this role.Join us in transforming the manufacturing industry with technologyPay: $10,000.00 - $13,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
