Villa de García Km 3.0, Santa Catarina, 66350 Mexico**This position directly supervises Technical / Business Support and/or Production / Maintenance employees in Repair and Maintenance Engineering. This role directly supervises engineering operations, preventative and corrective maintenance, and progress of work orders. Supports in the diagnoses of problems and maintains production equipment, may identify time lost due to malfunctions and develop recommendations for improvement.****Responsibilities**- Directly supervise engineering operations related to building maintenance, machinery and equipment maintenance, and installation of new machinery and equipment for production set-up.- Directly supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of the organization's buildings, facilities, machinery, and equipment to ensure optimal performance.- Supports in the diagnosis of problems, replace or repair parts, make adjustments, and maintain production equipment, machinery, or instruments to ensure functional reliability.- May research time lost due to equipment malfunctions and develop recommendations for improvement regarding procedures, systems, equipment, and / or technology.- Directly supervise the progress of work orders and ensure timely completion.**Requirements**:- University degree (engineering).- Advanced English.- Minimum 5 years of experience in the manufacturing sector.- Availability to rotate shifts.- Management of personnel in teams of at least 10 people (technicians).- Plc knowledge - Allen Bradley, Siemens.- Robot maintenance and program skills (ABB, Fanuc, Yaskawa).- Electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic skills and knowledge.- Management skills (self-directed, planning, purchasing, tracking and reporting). “spare parts”.- Problem solving (lean manufacturing).**Benefits**We are committed to offering competitive benefits programs for all of our employees and enhancing our programs when necessary.- Have peace of mind and body with our health insurance- Drive forward your career through professional development opportunities.**Our commitment to you**Our greatest assets are the expertise, creativity and passion of our employees.
