FEDE Engineer - Failure Mode Avoidance Tools Development & Support- Lead development, testing, and deployment of Failure Mode Avoidance (FMA) enhancements in the Ford Engineering Design Environment (FEDE) systems engineering tool set including:- Quality History integration to DFMEA’s- FMA plan in FEDE Workbench- SCCAF managements in FEDE Workbench- Seamlessly work with the IT matched-pair product teams to specify needed tool functionalities, elaborate & prioritize the backlog, and work within the Agile framework for deliveries- Partner with Quality Office & Design Assurance teams to develop digital tool solutions for administration, execution, and measurement of FMA processes- Coordinate efforts between Product Development, Quality, and Manufacturing to provide a robust and consistent tool- Develop tool training documentation and other learning materials in support of deployment to Product Development functional teams.
