Your Role The ERP Functional Manufacturing Lead will lead the analysis, design, implementation, and support of JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (E1) Manufacturing modules. This role is critical in optimizing manufacturing operations, improving supply chain efficiency, and ensuring ERP system alignment with business goals. What You’ll Be Doing Working with the Business Relationship Manager (BRM) and technology teams to ensure business needs are clearly understood and JD Edwards Manufacturing solutions meet the needs and expectations of the business. Fulfilling the JD Edwards Manufacturing SME role, including Requirements Planning (MRP), Shop Floor Control, Product Data Management, Manufacturing Completions, and Inventory Management. Ensure that the JDE Manufacturing modules are aligned with medical device industry compliance standards, including FDA regulations. Actively participate in the program to clone JD Edwards applications and processes into Vantive’s JDE instances and ensure the cloned applications are working as expected. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Technology, Finance, Supply chain, Commercial, HR, etc) to ensure smooth integration of the JDE Manufacturing processes with the business processes supported by these teams. Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into functional specifications and system solutions. Partner with third-party support and delivery teams to manage and resolve any issues related to JD Edwards applications. Configure and support JD Manufacturing modules, ensuring business needs are met and processes are streamlined. Identify areas for process improvement, optimize current workflows, and recommend best practices to streamline financial operations. Troubleshoot and resolve integration errors with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and supply chain systems interfaced with Vantive’s JDE instances. Provide end-user training, documentation, and ongoing support to ensure effective system adoption. Drive and lead JD Edwards EnterpriseOne upgrade initiatives, contributing deep functional expertise across manufacturing modules. What You’ll Bring 7+ years of experience working with JD Edwards ERP, specifically in Manufacturing and related modules. Bachelor’s degree in business information systems, Engineering, Finance, Computer Science, or similar field. Strong understanding of manufacturing and supply chain processes and related best practices. Proven ability to design, configure, and troubleshoot JD Edwards systems and integrations. Experience with JD Edwards 9.2 or later versions is highly preferred. Spanish and English speaking and written communication skills are mandatory. Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
