Job Title: Inside Sales Specialist I - Hybrid

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Inside Sales Specialist I to join our team. As an Inside Sales Specialist I, you will play a key role in supporting our sales efforts, driving revenue growth, and fostering relationships with clients.

About the Role:
  • Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities within assigned territories or accounts.
  • Engage with potential clients to understand their needs, provide product information, and offer tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics.
  • Manage sales pipelines, track leads, and update CRM systems for accurate and timely reporting.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare or life sciences industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
